we met at 10 am and went to pasir ris to buy ALL THE STUFF . when i meant all , it really was ALL . from statay sticks to seviettes to glazer to aluminium foil and FOOD .
haha , then we waitied for the arrival of the guys !
vicknesh , darrenn lew , daren lam , andrew , jianfa , yizan , nicholas . and so we set off !
joshua and bejamin was already there :/
we went to ahve fun !
CYCLING , ROLLAR BLADING . IN THE WATER AND PLAYING SOCCER !
after that , we booked a BBQ pit and was on our way to barbeque ((:

our visit to the community centre where we were supposed to entertain the people there was GOOD. charmaine and i was the MC , haha .
it was kinda weird at first , we were totally UNPREPARED!! i was like ohmyshit . what was the worst thing that could happen ? ><
then we sang manymany songs . bits and pieces of it : x
think the elderly were VERYBORED . so we decided to change and interact with them instead !
in the end some people interacted for one whole hour and some played card / board / number card games with the elderly . so cool right ? ^^
they spilled their story on WW2 and yes , about what they ate - TAPIOCa , and how they cook it , grow it . blahblah . we do know our history you know . OOPS!
that spiced up things a little though .
then a suggestion was given from the in-charge that we play 'PASS THE PARCEL ' . it was a fantastic idea ! the elderly had a great time and it really moved my heart as , when the person was suppose to do a forfeit , they chose to thank our school and stuff . so heart-warming T.T
then some danced , some did tai-ji and some rapped a teochew poem !!
then happy times had to come to an end . ohs , did i tell you what a bad translator cum chinese MC i was ? i was URGHH! i wished my chinese was more fluent :x ! i had to translate all the english to chinese . aiyoyo , imagining me speaking chinese . haha . i said our school name wrongly . i said ' zhong guo zhang lao hui ' OOPS , then at the last part ' quai le shi kuang yao dao chi wei chi ' DOUBLE OOPS !!! the final end , we all said we love them and they did love us too WAHAHA . shook hands and hugged . AULD LANG SAI :(
