THE BABY

hush little baby ,
let mommy rock you to sleep ,
gently in my arms ,
so quietly .

smoothing your fingers ,
carcressing your cheeks ,
so soft yet firm .
gazing into your eyes ,
longing for a cry ,
yet nothing could be done .

your body's cold ,
the story unfold
to be told .

you came out fresh ,
but i kicked you alive ,
out of my womb ,
thus this tomb .

yesterday's regrets ,
today's fear ,
not knowing how this baby can tear .

so its goodnight my dear ,
goodbye my fears ,
life still has to go on ,
for really long .
